Exchange

As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, etc. In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge.

You can raise exchange request within 3 days after the order is delivered and complete payment in next 3 days after invoice is sent.

The new product would only be send after the company receives the product and a proper inspection of the product has been done.

All products must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The exchange product to be dispatched within 2-3 working days, after receiving the product.

WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS.

DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive a faulty item, please email us on contact@ethvez.com with images and order ID.

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases. For more information, or if you are unsure if you are eligible for a exchange, please email us at contact@ethvez.com

Products purchased on “SALE” are not eligible for return/refund/exchange and order cancellation.

ETHVEZ takes no responsibility if in the due course of usage of the product there are any damages.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number. (contact@ethvez.com) We only cancel the order if it is not processed. If the order is processed or shipped we do not accept cancellation

Please do note, a fee of Rs.50 will be deducted if the item has been processed and is ready to ship. In case you wish to cancel an order after delivery has been attempted, a fee of Rs.200 will be deducted. For further questions/clarifications, kindly reach out to us via email.
