Processing & Shipping

Once we have received your order please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holiday).

If you have placed a COD order then after placing your order you will receive a CALL order confirmation. Your order will only be confirmed if you have completed CALL order confirmation.

Once the order is processed it will be delivered in 7-10 days. To make sure that order is delivered within mentioned time frame please provide correct house number, building name, street name and pincode. ETHVEZ is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our office, and in the hands of the courier service we have no control over the package.

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, WhatsApp and SMS will be sent with a link.
